Reboot teamed up with The World Bank in Nigeria to pilot the “MyVoice” platform, an open source tool for citizens to provide feedback on select government programs easily adoptable by organizations. Citizens input feedback via mobile phone that is transmitted in real-time to the government body responsible for the program. The system provides an important monitoring tool for public officials, who can use the feedback to inform service delivery. The system is being piloted on a $150 million national healthcare improvement system, which is seeking to boost the quality and efficacy of healthcare delivery in the region.
